Easter at Othona
Come and celebrate Easter at Bradwell, an experience for all ages. Starting with a Passover supper on Thursday, the Rev Nihal Paul will lead our thoughts through Good Friday and Easter. Our activities will include creating an Easter garden and competitions to produce the best painted eggs and to roll them furthest down the sea wall.
Nihal was ordained in the Church of North India and has lived in England since 1975 where he has served in the dioceses of Manchester and Chelmsford. He was brought up and educated alongside mainly Hindus, Muslims and Sikhs and has a special interest in the history of religions and the psychology of religion.
The weekend runs from supper on Thursday to after breakfast on Tuesday. |

Festival of Song
Following the wonderful success of last year’s Festival, we are delighted to see Sarah and Gilo return for another weekend of heart-warming harmonies, with songs and rhythms from around the world. Although the songs will be taught in four parts, you do not need to read music to take part or even think of yourself as a singer. Just give your voices to these remarkable Natural Voice teachers and hear what happens when everyone is melded into a community of song.
Camper vans and tents are welcome for this event.
We invite local people to join us on the Saturday for a day of song, food and celebration.
The weekend runs from supper on Friday to afternoon tea or coffee on Sunday.
Full weekend: £84.00 (£66.00) including all meals and speakers’ costs.
Special rate for Saturday only: £24.00 (£21.00) with lunch only; £30.00 (£27.00) with lunch & supper. |
