Community Booking Form

How to complete this form – Please include the names (and ages of under 18's) for each person you are booking for. Use this form or download a version you can email. RTF [Rich Text Format (RTF)] and e-mail it to email bradwell@othona.org or download a printable version PDF [Portable Document Format (PDF)]. Then send the completed forms, accompanied by a deposit of a full day's stay for each person on the form (cheque or postal order), to; The Othona Community, East Hall Farm, East End Road, Bradwell-on-Sea, Essex CM0 7PN We will send you confirmation of your booking and details of your stay. The appropriate rates can be found here. Concessionary rates will be available to those adults in receipt of means-tested benefits and their own children (proof of benefits must be produced) students must show a current NUS card. A parent or guardian must accompany those under 18. Bursaries are available by prior arrangement with the Manager.

NOTE: Any booking option given will automatically expire if the appropriate deposit is not received within 7 working days from sending the booking form.
